Infinix Note 3 is the 2nd member of the Infinix Note series. As you would expect, Infinix Note 3 is an upgrade to its predecessor Infinix Note 2. There’s also the Infinix 3 pro and also the Infinix note 4 and the Infinix note 4 pro.
Note 3 comes with 6″ screen size just like the Note 2, but has a better screen resolution. Note 3 is a full HD device with a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a screen resolution density of 368 ppi.
Infinix also upgraded the battery capacity of the Note 3 to 4,500 mAh, which is the highest battery capacity so far from any Infinix device.
Infinix Note 3 feature fingerprint scanner just like Infinix Hot S, with full metal body.
Another highlight of the Note 3 is that it runs XOS – an Infinix exclusive custom user interface that is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Infinix Note 3 comes with 13 MP back camera with dual LED flash and a 5 MP front camera with soft flash.
Infinix also took a step to address the overheating complained by fans by adding liquid cooling system to the device.
Liquid cooling is not entirely new, other big brands like Samsung have been using liquid cooling on their device. And in case you are wondering, liquid cooling contains no visible liquid. It’s more of a heat pipe that simply removes the residual heat.

I have a note 2 but when I insert a memory card on it it hangs after sometime and even switches itself of and it won’t get on soon. It may take even a couple of 10 ten minutes for it to work again. What might be the problem?
Have you checked if the memory card is the cause of the problem? Try with a different memory card and see if the problem will persist.
@Ken Trying a different Memory will be first thing i will advice to do first if you don’t have a another memory then try and format your old memory

Infinix Note 2 is not known for heating while charging, this could be a problem. Do you use the phone while charging it? Do you have things like Hotspot turned on while charging?
NO! I dont use my phone while charging it and normaly I do switch of all the hot spots and applications.

1. whenever it is plugged on to charge it heats up , you can feel the heat on both the screen and the metal back and the charger. in fact i traveled out of lagos would have returned it, still contemplating returning it.

I think Infinix is really underated. This brand should be on the same level as samsung and iphone. I have used the infinix note 1, note 2 and I just purchased the note 3 and really loving it. So much for just little amount.
There is nothing the expensive brands can offer that this utility infinix can not offer.. in my opinion even does more. The goliath battery life is the icing on the cake and is incomparable.

The flash light of my infinix note 3 isn’t working at all. I tried restarting it but it wouldn’t work. I switched it off and switched it on again , the light would not work. Even the front camera’s flash would not work. Literally, it does not bring any light again.
I can’t use my data on my infinix note 3. Whenever I put my data on an ad comes on the screen and refuses to go. I cant even pick my calls or shut down the phone as the ad blocks the screen completely. I have to hold on the power button for long before the phone shuts down.

Greetings of this holy month of ramadan to every body. pls My Infinix note 3 would be vibrating nd be complaining #FingerPrintError.
@ any time I lock it… please what could be the fault nd the remedy to it?
nd its not up to a month dat I purchased it.
I purchased my infinix note 3 but per now am experiencing some problems for example when I am using it,it abruptly bring a pop in message such as UI has stopped working and constant freezing when I use it quickly so please I know you can help me out with my phone I still like it very much but due to such instances I really fed up
If any could tell me what to because I thought of restarting it I think it wouldn’t work am on my knees begging you to help me even if it is upgrading the software I will bear with the loss of my data but I still want my phone in it normal way thanks a lot to anyone who could give a feedback on how to handle thee two issues waiting to hear from you.
My infinix note 3 is showing only 2g which is very slow in browsing, how do i upgrade to 3g or 4g lite?

My infinix note 3 can’t charge will be on but it will not charge unless i use computer to charge it and even thou it will go off while using my computer to charge it what’s the problem ???
my infinix note 3.it’s always showing isn’t respond all the time .and l try to unlock the phone .it now hang not until l press the off button & open again b4 l can access to where am going under one seconds.pls,then giving me Andoral 5 version now
