Remember the post we made on what to expect with the upcoming smartphone from Infinix? Where we suggested that the second version of the device should be called Note 3 pro due to the much difference between the two versions of the Note 3?
Well, it is no more a suggestion, it is confirmed!
The second version of Infinix Note 3 will be called Infinix Note 3 pro, with the model number X537, while the other version is X601.
As with any Infinix phone with two variants, you won’t notice any physical difference between the two versions. The difference is in the specs.
Here are the key specs of the Note 3 pro again:
- Full metal body
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow with XOS
- Fingerprint sensor
- 6.0 inches with FHD IPS 1920 x 1080 display
- 4500mAh battery with flash charging
- 3GB RAM + 32GB storage
- 16MP back + 8MP front camera with flash for both
- Helio X10 MT6795
You can check out that of Note 3 here.
As we hinted in the previous post, the device will be hitting the market first in Kenya before coming to other countries. And to confirm this, Infinix Note 3 is now available for pre-order on Jumia Kenya. The launch date of the device is still likely to be this August.
The price of the devices is yet to be confirmed, but we expect it to be a little higher than that of Hot S.
